How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day excluding weekends and bank holidays (UK) Depending on where you live will affect how long transit time is, you can check the estimated delivery times at Royal Mail

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a no hassel 30 days return policy. Get in contact with us to arrange a return for an exchange or refund.

How do I change my shipping address?

If in the event you have provided us with an incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately if you have received a dispatch notice from us it will be to late for us to update.

How do I track the status of my order?

Login to the my account page and navigate to orders, you will be able to check the status of the order there. Alternatively you can check your latest emails from us to see what stage your order is at.

Most probably. You can check by entering your address and country on the checkout page, it will notify you if we don’t.

Yes where possible. We send from one main distribution centre in the UK. Multiple orders for the same customer will be combined to one shipment.
